We’re a UK Company, developing our Software for the UK we pride ourselves on our Support and Customer Care.....

From your first enquiry we are happy to spend the time to answer any questions you might have while understanding the benefits and features that BusinessFlow can bring to your company. We have an online demonstration environment which you can use and experiment with at any time. But as no two companies are the same and as you become more serious about using BusinessFlow Connected; we recommend that we set up a dedicated environment to better replicate how BusinessFlow might be set-up for you. And to do this we typically try to understand a little about your company work processes and then configure the environment specifically for your demonstration

BusinessFlow is ready to go off the shelf and can be installed, and setup very quickly after your decision to proceed. Our quality processes and procedures, skilled and trained personnel will ensure that BusinessFlow Connected is implemented as smooth as possible:

Pre-Sales Service:
Expect friendly advice and service from our sales and support staff while you discover how to get the most from our software in your business environment – no hard pushy sales. We have the time to fully answer your questions and help where needed whether it’s by phone, email or visiting your offices. We welcome your calls and interest.

BusinessFlow Pre-Installation:
Our engineers will work with your personnel to define exactly which features and system configuration is required – it could be that you will just be using the main software program (BusinessFlow Online) or the full three elements together (BusinessFlow Online, BusinessFlow Mobile and BusinessFlow Customer Web Portal). Either way, together we’ll agree the requirements, timing and milestones to ensure we meet your expectations which will include:

  • Coordinating installation
  • Defining any information to be imported
  • Identifying who should be trained and when

BusinessFlow - Installation:
You will be assigned a single Project Manager/Engineer who will be responsible for the full implementation and level of service delivery. By having a single point of contact for all aspects we have found that communications and the overall customer experience is enhanced.

The installation itself can be done completely by your inside IT support staff. If you do take the lead in the installation, then we will be there to support your personnel. If you wish BusinessFlow staff to take the lead then the installation is performed by qualified installation engineers via remote connection plus onsite visits when required. Your contact person will be always be available at any point throughout the process.

Preparing BusinessFlow to go ‘Live’:
Once the system is installed, there are still a number of things to do including:

  • Importing existing information into BusinessFlow (e.g. customers, suppliers, subcontractors, parts, prices etc.):
    • All information is treated in the strictest confidence at all times
    • We can help you export information from any existing software or if you already have the information in Excel, CSV files or other formats we can typically use this to import into BusinessFlow.

  • Training
    • Training will be done by your nominated contact person. He/she will be familiar with your configuration and business needs and is fully trained and proficient in the software operation.
    • Training can be done on site or via remote desktop support using video web sharing. 
    • In addition to the one to one training, we have a complete online video and help website which can be accessed 24/7.

  • Preparing any special reports that may be required.
    • There are many standard reports built into BusinessFlow, but if you need a special report or layout then this will typically have been configured during the installation.

Post Installation Service:
Whatever your question, no matter how small, our support and service staff will take the time to understand and provide you with an answer. We’re here to help you get the most from our software.

Monthly subscription customers will never have to pay for service as it’s included along with all product updates and improvements.

If you bought the license outright then service and support is included for the first year and thereafter there’s an optional annual maintenance charge which includes support and software updates.
